Behind the Concept of Trauma-Informed Fitness.

    You train with a physician who uses trauma-informed language to guide you about the appropriate way to speak, teach, and empower a person to reach their highest potential. At any point in the class, you have permission to speak back, provide feedback, and respectfully take breaks.

  • Lengthen.

    Each movement in this clinic’s barre, pilates, or yoga ensures strong lines, enhanced posture, and the grace to move through life as if you are the center of your own choreography. With this, is the confidence to be more connected to yourself and feel “bigger” as you move through your day.

  • Integrate.

    In performance arts, we learn to present our best self when the music starts and stop when the music ends. This means we gain complete awareness of who we are, and at the end of class, we have won a battle with ourselves. Whoever we are during class is closer to who we are when we walk out.
